Welcome to the online registration system for
Marblehead Youth Baseball!
Our programs aim to teach the fundamentals of baseball while fostering teamwork, mutual respect and healthy competition. We want to help players develop a lasting love for baseball in a fun and safe environment.
MYB offers programs for baseball players age 6 through 15 (6-year-olds are only eligible to participate in the Spring Clinic.). We are affiliated with the Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth National Organizations, so our age cut-offs are consistent with their rules. A player's "baseball age" is determined by their age as of April 30. For the upcoming Spring Season, players must be 7-15 years old as of April 30, 2020. (Exception: we do allow our "almost-7s" -- those who turn 7 between May 1 and September 30 -- to decide between participating in our Introductory Clinic or our Single-A spring season. NOTE that any "almost-7" who chooses to play Single-A will be considered a "baseball 7" for two years, as in their next year, they would be a "baseball 7" as of the April 30 cutoff date.)
Please complete the registration online. If you have any questions, email
To take advantage of our email and messaging capabilities, and to register your player(s) online, you will need to create a new account. Returning members need to login with email and password from last season. We encourage you to sign up for text messaging, as this is the quickest way to receive information from MYB, such as field status and time changes.
UPDATED PAYMENT POLICY: We ask that families sign their players up for MYB programs when they are able to pay for these programs. We expect all registrants to pay (either in full, or -- for certain programs -- by setting up a payment plan on the web site) at registration. All registrations without accompanying payments will be deleted after 24 hours (the system will send out an automatic email confirmation of this program cancellation). Scholarships are available to those in need. No player will be denied the chance to play due to financial reasons. If your player needs a scholarship, please send an email to
. Thank you.
Marblehead Youth Baseball will refund registration fees, minus $25, payable by check. Please contact MYB

2020 Coach Registration
Before proceeding please have the following items ready to enter during this process or else you will not be able to complete the registration:
Your full SSN.
Your date-of-birth and address must be accurately entered in your member profile.
Note: Your profile is separate from your child's profile.
Successful youth sports organizations are the result of strong volunteers. We appreciate your commitment to Marblehead Youth Baseball and look forward to adding your name to our list of volunteers.
All MYB Managers and Coaches are subject to mandatory background checks, conducted by First Advantage, once every two years. In addition, we perform a Massachusetts CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) check every year.
You will not be able to coach in any capacity until these checks have been completed. Coaches will be notified of their teams prior to draft (March 31, 2020). Final coach approval is made by the MYB Board. Due to high demand, we may not be able to accommodate everyone. Currently, we will be filling each team in every league with ONE manager, and ONE coach before the drafts. Other coaches, who are approved by the MYB Board, will be able to help the team that their player is placed or drafted on.
Thank you for your interest in supporting our league as a coach.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to manage a team in the 2020 season, you must attend at least three Winter Workout sessions for the age group you wish to manage. The Winter Workout session dates are 2/23, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22.
