Marblehead Youth Baseball is a true team effort. Coaches and parent volunteers are crucial
to the success of our league. Here are some ways parents can help:
Coaching: Whether a head or assistant coach, the guidance you provide is very important to a player's growth and
overall experience. We want kids to have fun, play next year, and ultimately coach when they are older. You play a huge
part in this evolution!
Field Committee: If you are unable to coach, this a valuable way to give back. You will be part of an email group that will
be notified when help is needed with getting the fields ready to play. Even a few minutes of your time go a long way in
helping our kids play when the weather does not cooperate!
Shed Volunteer: The food shed is an important part of Marblehead Youth Baseball. Most parents will be asked to donate a couple of hours during the season to help with the shed. The shed requires a group effort to ensure a great experience for all!
